Our lush grounds create the perfect setting for beautiful garden weddings with our 1895 farmhouse as a backdrop. The towering trees provide shade and comfort to guests who can stroll the grounds while the lyrical tunes of our favorite string trio drift through the air.
The bride and her bridal party will enjoy full use of the white bridal room while preparing for the big event. The groom and his groomsmen can kick back in the comfort of the cedar cabin room.

Our basic package for up to 100 guests is $1700:
Includes site rental for outdoor wedding and reception
Includes up to 12 hours use of house and grounds (until 11pm) on day of wedding
Includes use of bridal dressing room and cedar groom's room
(The entire bridal party is welcome throughout the day. Hair dressers, massage therapists can be scheduled for onsite visits.)
Includes 2 hour use of site prior to wedding date for photographs
Includes 2 hour use of site for rehearsal
Includes coordination and consultation throughout your engagement and onsite coordination on the day of your wedding
Includes site completely set up with tables, chairs and buffet table
(Tables, chairs, cloths, silver and china are rental items contracted separately.)
Includes coordination with all vendors for delivery and pickup
Includes abundant landscaping and in-ground flowers
Includes clean up afterwards
Parking is available at Kielberg Field 2 blocks west on Fifth Avenue.

Ceremony Only Package: $800
For a smaller simpler affair, a ceremony-only package may be just right for you.
You get the site to use for your ceremony, up to 3 hours.
You can have up to 50 guests at your ceremony.
You do the coordination and setup and clean-up yourself.
You save money for your honeymoon!
